General Information

Note for enrolled students

All properly enrolled students of the University of South Australia automatically have two computer access accounts:

  1. A network logon account to access all computers and the university network from the student computing pools, and;
  2. A computer email account located on their home campus Exchange server.

If you do not have the above network logon or an email account you should in the first instance contact your lecturer/tutor or Head of School and ask them to follow up the matter. There are no forms listed here to obtain a network logon account and/or a student Exchange (email) account.

The following forms are for university students only.

Increase Internet Access or Print Quota

In some instances schools may choose to increase your internet access or print quota if it is study related. You should contact an academic staff member in your School to discuss this.  An authorised manager from the School needs to fill out the Increase Student Internet Quotas (school funded) form.

Alternatively UniSA students can increase your quota by web pay or invoice through myUniSA. OUA, SAIBT and CELUSA students should top up their quotas at Campus Central

Enhanced Dialup Access Post-Graduate (Masters and PhD) Student Account

These application forms are for university post-graduate students requesting enhanced dialup access to university computer systems. There is a cost centre charge for this service.

Access through external ISP

The university does not have a preferred ISP. Users are advised to compare the offerings of  and consider price, time download limits and service.  Note that some UniSA systems ("the Intranet") prevents access from outside the university, and no ISP can provide access to these systems.
