Welcome to the IT Help Desk

The IT Help Desk is your single point of contact for assistance with IT and Telephone services. Self help facilities are available which may assist you in answering your query or solving your problem. Otherwise our friendly IT Help Desk staff will assist you and if necessary refer your request to the appropriate expert. We may request to connect to your computer as part of the information gathering or troubleshooting process.  This is entirely voluntary on your part and all connections of this type will be governed by the remote access policy.

8:30 am to 9:00 pm local time (ACST) Monday to Friday.

To contact us

  1. Log a service call on line. This is the preferred way to log a service call.  You can also track the progress of your service calls with this facility.
  2. Email the IT Help Desk. This is a useful way to follow up on existing service calls.
  3. Phone the IT Help Desk, especially for urgent assistance. Weekend and after-hours calls are directed to our voice mail and messages are attended to during IT Help Desk opening hours.
