IT Help Desk - Telephone Services


To contact the University switchboard please dial 9 from an internal phone or dial 8302 6611. The switchboard hours of operation are 9:00am - 5.00pm (Central Standard Time) Monday to Friday.

Please contact the IT Help Desk  on 25000 to report all telephone issues.

A Telephone Work Request should be downloaded and completed for all installations, relocations, telephone conversions and any other changes to telephone extensions.  More information is available on the Telephone Work Request FAQ page.
