To contact the University switchboard please dial 9 from an internal phone or
dial 8302 6611. The switchboard hours of
operation are 9:00am - 5.00pm (Central Standard Time) Monday to Friday.
Please contact the IT Help Desk on 25000 from an internal phone or dial 8302 5000 from an external phone to report all telephone issues. The IT Help Desk hours of operation are 8:00am - 9:00pm (Central Standard Time) Monday to Friday and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday
A Telephone Work Request should be downloaded and completed for all installations, relocations, telephone conversions and any other changes to telephone extensions. More information is available on the Telephone Work Request FAQ page.
