Can I choose a different carrier?

UniSA does not have any deals with any other carriers for mobile voice and data apart from Optus which means that any such services would not benefit from the University's corporate rates and would attract full commercial costs with no discount at all. Consequently for those few exceptions where there may be a compelling need for using a different carrier a service call must be first logged with the IT Help Desk so approval can be sought.
