What should I do when I see the following errors while trying to logon to myUniSA?

You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource.
Access requests are not enabled.

Check if you are entering the correct username & password. Make sure you type your username and password in lowercase without any prefixes like "uninet\" or "students\".
From UniSA's home page click on Email link on the top navigation bar. The system will prompt you to enter your network username & password. Once entered click "OK". If your username and password is correct, you will be able to see your emails.
If you are able to see your emails but still unable to logon to myUniSA portal, the reason can be myUniSA locks out after 144 days of inactivity. This can be either because you are not currently enrolled in any UniSA courses or you deferred from your course/program. If this is true for you, please contact Campus Central from your home campus.
Also, if you are currently enrolled in any courses/programs and still unable to access myUniSA or emails through the Email link as described above, please contact IT Help Desk on 8302 5000 or email IT Helpdesk.
