You need to contact the IT Help Desk on 8302 5000 (external to the university or mobile phone) or 25000 on any of the internal phones throughout the university. When calling the IT Help Desk please tell the operator which campus you are on, the computer pool location, the printer name e.g. MLLAS9 and the printer fault.
