How do I change my password?

There are a few things to consider when you change your password - it is changed for all of the following services:

Passwords will automatically  be converted to lower-case, MUST start with a letter, and include only letters or digits. They should be between 6 and 8 characters in length.

The best way to change your password is to visit the Change Password web page from anywhere, inside or outside the UniSA network.

Other ways to change your password include:

1. From any Computer pool PC when the pre-logon screen saver is running

2. By clicking on the icon shown below with a red arrow, on a general purpose computing pool PC, to change your network logon password and follow the prompts.

3. By visiting the Student Portal 'Forgotten my password' page, you will need to set-up a security question the first time you do this for future password resets.

4. By contacting the IT Help Desk.
