Please contact the IT Help Desk by raising a self service call or calling the IT Help Desk on x25000 if the matter is urgent, describing the exact nature of the problem. The IT Help Desk will organise for your local IT support team to look at your computer.
If the computer requires a warranty repair the local IT support team will raise a service call to the IT Help Desk. The service call should include the following information:
The IT Help Desk will assign the call to the appropriate vendor and monitor the service call. The vendor will liaise with the contact until the warranty service call has been completed. Once completed the IT Help Desk will be informed and close the service call.
