Do I have to buy printers or other peripheral devices from an approved supplier?

Whilst multifunction devices are the preferred method of printing in the University, if you require to purchase a printer only device, the University's preferred supplier is Fuji Xerox who can be contacted on Ph: (08) 8203 8233.

Ink and toner for Fuji Xerox devices are included within their service contract and can be obtained by contacting Fuji Xerox on Ph: 1800 112 626 and quoting your serial number. All other ink and toner requirements must be purchased from Corporate Express via Ph: (08) 8243 8613 or https://netxpress.biz/.

Peripherals (such as scanners, projectors, etc) can be purchased from either of the following preferred suppliers:

You are required to purchase PC's, notebook/tablets and Windows servers from a "Designated Hardware Supplier". Before making any IT purchases, you should consult with your local IT support staff within your Division/Unit, as the University has preferred suppliers for IT equipment.
