Why does my presentation not register any Keepad responses?

You may not have plugged the Keepad receiver into the USB port of your computer. The receiver (sometimes also called a "dongle") is stored with the set of clickers and must be returned with the clickers when you have finished your session. Keepad Interactive do not recommend the receiver be permanently left in the PC but it is very easy to forget to take it out when you finish. Please be vigilant and help us avoid expensive and inconvenient losses.
