How do I request access to Second Life?

Getting access to Second Life depends on whether you are a staff member or student. Please see the appropriate section below:

Student:

It is up to you to contact your Course Coordinator and if they see fit they can request a specific course be provided access to Second Life as per the staff information below.

Staff:

Please log a service call with the IT Help desk

Note: If you find that your students are running out of Internet Allowance then you can send through a Course funded internet top up and ISTS will match dollar for dollar any increases. For information about Internet Allowance top ups please see the web page below.
