How do I configure Entourage for Mac Office 2008 to connect to my UniSA email?

Before installing or updating your Entourage settings, please make sure you update Entourage to its latest version.  The latest update can be found via the link below:

One you've installed the patch, please use the details below to configure Entourage:

Entourage Setup Assistant should start automatically the first time that you start Entourage. If this doesn't happen, click on Entourage > Account Settings > New.

Initial Set Up

E-mail address: firstname.lastname@unisa.edu.au {Type your email address}
My account is on an Exchange server: Yes

The assistant will attempt to auto-detect your settings, and fail. This is normal.

Verify and Complete Settings

Your name: Display Name {Type your display name}
E-mail address: firstname.lastname@unisa.edu.au  {Type your email address}
Exchange server: mail.unisa.edu.au
LDAP server: uninet.unisa.edu.au
Use SSL: Yes

Account Information

Domain: uninet.unisa.edu.au
Account ID: username {enter your normal UniSA username}
Password: ******** {enter your normal UniSA password}
Save password: Yes

You should now be able to read & send mail, search the address list and open public folders.
