Why is the heading information missing when I print emails from Outlook now that Internet Explorer 7 is installed?

There is a known issue that occurs when Internet Explorer 7 is installed which may stop header information being printed on some emails.

The only emails affected are ones sent in HTML format from previous versions of Outlook (ie. XP, 2000, 98) and will only be an issue if you have your Outlook settings set to HTML.

If this presents a problem for you a fix is now available from Microsoft.
