Concept-Led Strategy

Concept-led (or driven) strategy uses the approach of senior managers setting, and internalising into staff, a small set of well constructed priority concepts (eg agility, innovation, quality) so that when staff make day to day decisions they intuitively apply the concepts. These concepts might be found by applying the Alexander Method.
