Late arrival

Permission to arrive late in Adelaide and enrol in person is only granted in exceptional circumstances and a request for an extension letter must be sought from UniSA International. No further extension for a Study Period will be given beyond the specified date. On arrival the student must contact the School Office to discuss enrolment procedures (if these have not already been completed from their home country online) and they must be enrolled by the date specified in the extension letter.

Please note that while the student has permission to arrive late, they must make every effort to catch up on the missed Orientation and Coursework activities.

Students arriving late must register their arrival at the Learning and Teaching Unit. They can visit the Learning and Teaching Unit website for Drop-in times.

For more information on orientation for international students and the activities please visit the Orientation Site. This site also includes information about the benefits of attending orientation for international students and the reasons why it is critical to make every effort to arrive and to attend as many sessions as possible.

If the student cannot arrive by the approved extension date they may request to defer their arrival until the next available intake or seek a refund of fees. Please contact UniSA International if a revised offer for the next available intake or a refund is required .

If the student requires On Arrival Reception or Short Term/Temporary accommodation, please click on the link and follow the prompts
