Greetings from
University of South Australia

 Dear UniSA Representative,

English for IBNU and IBMW entry and registration

This is to inform you that the Nurses Board of South Australia’s (nbsa) has updated its website with regards to English requirements for international nursing students who are non-native speakers of English to register in South Australia. Students will be required to meet the Board’s English condition in Australia prior to registration - regardless of the program duration. However, the nbsa has also identified the waiver to this condition and all of the details are available on the nbsa’s website (see http://www.nursesboard.sa.gov.au/reg_lang.html). International students will be required to meet the UniSA English proficiency requirements to enter the Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Midwifery and must understand the English requirements set by the nbsa to register at the completion of their University study.
