Over the next 4 months UniSA is introducing a new offer letter and acceptance package. Initially this package will be trialled by some of our admissions staff who communicate with agents located in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. Then, as we fix any problems that arise and receive feedback from those agents who are using it, we will roll it out across the complete agent network.

For a period of 4 months, it is possible that you will see both the current Offer Letter and also the new package. Please do not be concerned as we are phasing in the new package while still using the current Offer Letter. We have attached a draft of the front page to help you identify the new package.

This reform is part of a new approach at UniSA International to our communication with you and your clients and our management of the information you provide. The key features of the package are

• It is student centred
• There is one single package instead of three documents
• It has been redesigned and is modern, fresh and easy to use
• It incorporates UniSA corporate image
• It has improved readability and functionality

We trust that you will find the new look offer package meets your needs and importantly, is easy to use. It is planned that the full changeover to the new package will be complete by the commencement of the 2009 academic year (Study Period 2 at UniSA).
