UniSA International leads the University of South Australia's international engagement through the direction and management of international relations, student recruitment and related services to foster a diverse university community.

International Recruitment
Region 1
South East Asia (Thailand, Myanmar,
Indonesia, Vietnam, Lao and Cambodia), South Asia, the Pacific Nations,
Africa and the Middle East
Region 2
China, South East Asia (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia)
Region 3
Europe and the Americas, Japan and Korea, study abroad, and domestically based international students
The regional teams undertake marketing, recruitment, enquiries management, admissions and applicant assessment, and processing of applications for international students. Regional teams also manage the University's relationship with student recruitment agents around the world.
Student Mobility Team
Manages the University's incoming and outgoing student exchange and study
abroad programs.
Admissions
The team is responsible for processing student applications and acceptances in conjunction with the Regional teams and the Divisions. It provides accurate information on admissions, application processing and program information. It also provides quality customer service via email, phone and in person to prospective international students and their representatives. The Admissions team collaborates with and refers students to other Units and external service providers where necessary to ensure queries are appropriately resolved.
International Relations and Market Development
Is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of strategic partnerships with international institutions, The team works with divisions to identify the impact that new partnerships may have on the University. It also provides support for staff international travel and visiting delegations. The team coordinates the development of pathways to UniSA for international students through other institutions and the recruitment and monitoring of international sponsored students.
Information Systems and Business Analysis
Undertakes market research and providing business analysis that guide business strategy and market development initiatives and processes for UniSA International and the University. The team provides support for information services and systems used by UniSA International and Divisional staff to enhance application processing and market information sharing across the University.
Quality and Compliance
Ensure that the University complies with international accreditation requirements, the ESOS Act, AVCC code of practice, and that University polices and guidelines address requirements of its internationalisation objectives. This includes the implementation of transnational partner agreements and advise on the ESOS Act.
Communications
Supports the unit's web development and new media projects Service Centre Liaison, content and subscriptions for online directories and print and electronic publications.
Director's Office
Provides the management and communication interface between the Unit and the University and communication and financial management support to the unit.
