This information flier is for international students who are under 18 years of age at the time of commencing their studies at the University of South Australia and their parents or legal guardians. The flier should be read together with the Under 18 Legal Guardian form.

- The National Code Tutorial
As part of DEST's National Code Transition Support Program, International Education Association Inc. (ISANA) has designed and constructed an online tutorial covering Part D of the National Code 2007.
The tutorial includes FAQs, quality / good practice examples, keyword and phrase definitions, summary pages and activities to reinforce understanding for each standard. The tutorial enables you to increase your understanding of the Code's requirements and obtain a certificate of completion.

National Code 2007 Explanatory Guide
To enable education providers to smoothly transition to (and ensure ongoing compliance with) the requirements of the National Code 2007, DEST has developed the Explanatory Guide.
The National Code 2007 Explanatory Guide is a comprehensive and nationally consistent source of advice and assistance to education providers on the implementation of the National Code 2007.

This protocol is for all University staff, professional and academic, as well as the University representatives. It also assists prospective and current students to set up reasonable expectations while dealing with the University staff and its representatives.
