Program structure
For those students who intend to complete the GMR and PhD programs in the minimum time of three years, the structure is outlined below.
Graduate Diploma in Management Research
Courses in the GMR program are offered in intensive mode, and the program can be completed in a minimum period of one year full time study.
The GMR program comprises a total of 36 units.
YEAR ONE
Semester 1
- Welcome and Induction
- Course 1: Management Research: Theory and Methodology
- Course 2: Analysis and Critique of Research-based Literature
- Course 3: Annotated Literature Review
Semester 2
- Course 4: Management Research: Design, Methodologies and Practice
- Course 5: Research Project Proposal Development
- Appointment of Research Proposal Advisors
- Submission & Presentation of final Research Proposal to Academic Panel
Doctor of Philosophy
The research review sessions in the PhD program are offered in intensive mode, and the program can be completed in a minimum period of two years full time study.
The PhD program features four face-to-face research review sessions.
