About the MIB Program
Students who join the
MIB program will study the full spectrum of issues that are inherent to
doing business internationally. Key subjects such as international
accounting, issues in international trade and finance, strategic
international management, cultural challenges across borders, doing
business in emerging markets, international geopolitics and marketing
across borders will allow students to prepare themselves for the reality
of working in a dynamic and complex international business environment.
The IGSB MIB is a 12-course program. The academic year is divided into four terms of 11 weeks with 6 contact hours a week normally required. Generally the program is completed in 1.5 years minimum and 2 years maximum. However students may negotiate to complete the program in less time. The structure for the program is listed below.

- Study Abroad
Or a range of approved elective courses offered by IGSB or approved courses in other postgraduate programs.
There are also other International Business study options available to students:
- Graduate Certificate in International Business (4 courses totalling 18 units)
- Graduate Diploma in International Business (8 courses totalling 36 units)
