Le Cordon Bleu MBA
The
Le Cordon Bleu Master of Business Administration is designed for
professionals in the hospitality and tourism industries and is
specifically designed to prepare future managers of international
hotels, resorts and hospitality and restaurant businesses.
Combining the tradition and rigour of business management education with the expertise and industry relevance of hospitality lecturers and subject-units, the Le Cordon Bleu MBA will provide you with career advancement in the international hospitality sector with a strong focus of senior hospitality corporate management.
Structure
The Le Cordon Bleu MBA can be completed in 18 months fulltime study. The MBA is also offered online over three years.
In order to attain the Le Cordon Bleu MBA, you must successfully complete 12 courses, comprising 4.5 units each totalling 54 points.

Entry requirements
- A related undergraduate degree from a Le Cordon Bleu program, plus one year of relevant hospitality industry experience, can apply to enrol directly into the Le Cordon Bleu MBA, or
- An undergraduate degree plus one year of relevant work experience, can apply to enrol in the Le Cordon Bleu MBA, or
- No undergraduate degree qualification but with five years of relevant work experience, or above, can apply to enrol in the Graduate Certificate. A ‘pass 1’ grade average will be required to proceed to the Le Cordon Bleu MBA.
