Why choose the Chinese MBA
The Chinese MBA is designed to prepare Asian and Chinese managers for
senior leadership positions. The program is currently offered in
China..
It is an Australian MBA degree, which is conducted in Mandarin. The design is intended to eliminate the language difficulties often encountered by Asian and Chinese managerial students, thus enabling them to confidently acquire extensive knowledge and an understanding of business and management.
The Chinese MBA is modelled on the structure, content and material of the English language MBA offered to transnational students by the University of South Australia. It teaches a curriculum which focuses on the international and contemporary developments in business administration. In particular, the program emphasises the importance of merging specific aspects of Chinese business administration culture with those common in Western culture. It aims to provide managerial students with the ability to lead, design and implement suitable systems and practices for organisations operating in Asian and international business environments.
For the purpose of assisting students to achieve this aim, the Chinese MBA is taught by a team of bi-lingual educators from Asia, including China. Nearly all of these educators have been internationally trained and are currently senior and experienced business academics and consultants in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. More than 80% of the teaching staff holds doctoral degrees.
Since 1998, the Chinese MBA has been operating in a number of Asia Pacific countries, jointly with prestigious local universities and co-operators. It is currently one of the few foreign language MBA programs offered by Australian universities. Ensuring the ongoing quality and relevance of this degree is a primary focus of the International Graduate School of Business. The School is committed to, and proud of, offering Asian and Chinese managers a unique business education experience.
