is comprised of three professors and six associate professors, providing an academic environment of excellence. Our
senior academics are active researchers and teach on the DBA and MBA programs on
a regular basis, ensuring that our students get maximum value from our
research outputs.

All academic staff employed by the IGSB either have completed, commenced or are to commence doctoral qualifications. The postgraduate nature of the School and the teaching and supervision of doctoral programs leads to the actuality that the majority of core staff members will hold doctoral qualifications. All newly appointed staff will either therefore have completed or be very near the completion of their doctoral qualification.
Women form the majority of all IGSB staff, with 65% of the total number of all staff within the IGSB being female. Within the School, 62% of all general staff members and 15% of all academic staff members are under the age of 39.
