The
Hypothetical will be set in the context of a family business taking their
product offshore into the international marketplace. It will focus on the
red wine market and in particular, international trade with Asia.
The storyline will explore the intricacies of an international business
venture into Asia and all the associated elements that may be encountered
through such activities:
- cultural barriers;
- legal issues;
- a love interest;
- financial crises;
- business and ethical dilemmas; and
- media coverage of the emerging difficulties.
Our moderator will weave his way through each of these issues, ensuring as many avenues as possible are explored, given our panel’s areas of expertise.
