Workforce planning at UniSA

The higher education landscape in Australia is facing a period of rapid change with increased competition across the sector. How well UniSA responds to these challenges depends to a large extent on how well we manage our workforce. This requires effective workforce planning. The key objective is to ensure that the University has the workforce to deliver on current and future priorities.

Workforce planning is a continuous process of aligning the workforce and the working environment with UniSA’s corporate objectives.

This website provides general information about workforce planning, supports the workforce planning activity of the corporate planning cycle and offers additional support to managers for the development of more extensive workforce plans.
