HR Systems Training

The following is a list of HR system and information management training scheduled by Human Resources Unit. Training is conducted on a monthly basis at City East Campus, IT training room C3-22 (map of City East Campus - pdf 674kb).

Training is only provided to authorised users. Access forms can be downloaded from the following links:

Business Intelligence Reporting

A three hour hands on training that focuses on using staff information sourced from the University’s human resource information systems. By the end of the session participants' will be able to extract and analyse data as well as being able to compile and maintain a set of customised reports relevant to their roles in the workplace.

Casual Administration System (CAS)

A five hour hands on training session using the Casual Administration System. Participants are trained how to use all aspects of the system including; casual contract of employment entry, timesheet entry and audit requirement reporting. Processes, procedures, audit and legal requirements in relation to casual employment are also included in the session.
