Re-familiarising yourself with UniSA
Change is inevitable when you have been absent from the workplace for
an extended period. UniSA has an online resource for managers to assist
staff returning after leave of 12 months or more to:
- re-adjust to the circumstances of the work environment
- clarify the role, responsibilities and expectations
- enable goal-setting in the performance management process
- begin discussions about professional development and training
needs, and
- initiate conversations about career planning.
On your return, your manager will set up a meeting to assist you to
re-settle.
