Application to salary sacrifice car parking fees at UniSA campus car parks will only be accepted at the beginning of each calendar year, at the beginning of employment with UniSA or on transferring employment between campuses.
Car parking fees for employees at Magill, Underdale, Mawson Lakes and Whyalla will be deducted in a single payment from the employee’s salary.
Employees at City East, City West, 100 North Terrace and 101 Currie Street can choose to pay for their car parking fees as a single payment or as a fortnightly salary sacrifice deduction.
A notice period of one month is required by EZIPARK and Parkfast car parks before terminating a car parking arrangement. This is the employee’s responsibility; please contact Campus Services for further information.
The University, EZIPARK and Parkfast Parking reserve the right to accept or decline any salary sacrifice application.
Employees will be notified of any car park increases that may occur prior to the increase taking affect.
Permanent and casual car parking fees are able to be salary sacrificed on a monthly basis through the salary sacrifice reimbursement process. Please refer to the salary sacrifice reimbursement procedures: http://www.unisa.edu.au/hrm/employment/remuneration/sacrifice/reimbursement.asp
Permanent parking arrangements are made between the employee and car park. The car park will issue a monthly tax invoice direct to the employee and will be payable in advance.
For casual car parking fees the employee needs to ask for a receipt on leaving the car park.
The University reserves the right to accept or decline any salary sacrifice application.

Arrangements to cancel salary sacrifice car parking fees can be made with Campus Services for UniSA campus, EZIPARK and Parkfast (Newmarket) car parks.
All other commercial car parking enquiries are made direct with the car park.
