"UniSA is known for its culture of innovation"
When I applied for a job with UniSA my personal goal was to establish a long-term career path in finance and administration.
I was looking to work for a strong SA employer and found UniSA definitely the most modern and forward-thinking university. It is clear that UniSA offers the kind of structure that supports career development, which is important if you want the working environment to stay fresh and productive.
UniSA staff benefits are generous – the superannuation is great – and the flexible working hours provide you with lots of options to help you get the work-leisure-family thing down pat.

"I consider it a privilege to be part of UniSA"
I worked as a casual tutor while undertaking my honours degree at UniSA. When my current position was advertised, I knew it was the job for me! I was keen to be involved in a team that is committed to being at the forefront of its field and strives for excellence in teaching and research.
UniSA has
some special advantages: flexible working hours; the opportunity to apply
for PEP leave; encouragement to study towards higher degrees and the
mechanisms to help you achieve them; research support; salary sacrificing;
and support for women in developing their careers. Working at UniSA
offers me the perfect mix of teaching, equipping students for their chosen
career and applying my skills and knowledge to project and research work. I
consider it a privilege to be a part of the dynamic and supportive
environment at UniSA.
