Human Movement and Health
Studies involves studying areas in fitness, health and sport where exercise
and physical activity are used as a means of restoring and maintaining
optimal levels of health. This can be in relation to physical
rehabilitation regimes, community health services or simply maintaining a
rewarding and healthy lifestyle.
UniSA is endorsed by the Australian Sports Commission as an Elite Athlete Friendly University and many elite athletes or athletes in training have completed the Human Movement program.
