Training Facilities
The
HLS Health and Fitness Centre includes a main gym and a strength training
area. It is available to the public as well as students and contains all the
equipment needed to get fit and tone up.
The strength training area contains heavier weights and is designed for all those people who require such equipment.
The main gym comprises of treadmills, bikes, rowers and elliptical equipment. It also has a carpeted area with stability balls and medicine balls and can be used for general stretching and floor exercises. It contains all the necessary resistance equipment as well as free weights.
