Access types

Different levels of access can be set to accommodate various respondent groups.

Open access

The default access is open; which will allow anyone in the world with Internet access to respond to the survey. You will need to provide the URL for the survey to potential respondents. Access can be controlled passively through selective distribution of the URL via email.

Controlled access

All university logons

Anybody with a University of South Australia computer logon (staff and students) can access the survey. This includes UniSA guest accounts.

All students

Only University of South Australia students can access the survey.

All staff

Only University of South Australia staff with an active computer logon can access the survey.

Student in courses

Students in a specified coursed can access the survey. This setting can be controlled at a micro level of:
