If you experience technical problems opening online course resources:

• Log an online IT Help Desk Service Request or
• Email the Help Desk or
• Phone the Help Desk (61 8) 8302 5000 (dial 25000 within UniSA)

Report as much detail as possible including:

• the address of the Web page you are trying to access
• any error messages that appear
• the type of computer you are using
• the software (browser and operating system) you are using.
