Subscribe to RSS feeds

When you subscribe to an RSS feed it adds the subscription link to the RSS feed section of you Favorites. New lectures are then automatically downloaded. However, any changes made to previous lectures that have been downloaded will not be updated. To resolve this and refresh the RSS feed to see current updates you need to delete the RSS feed Favorite and re-subscribe.

To subscribe to the RSS feed:

Open the course website.

Course lecture recordings link

Open the lecture recordings as indicated by the arrow in the image above.

The Lecture recordings page will open.

Select subscription link

Click RSS feed subscription link as indicated by the arrow in the image above.

The Podcasts for course window will open.

Subscribe to this feed

Click Subscribe to this feed, as indicated by the arrow in the image above.

The Subscribe to this feed window will open.

Click Subscribe as indicated by the arrow in the image above.

 

To delete subscription:

Open Internet Explorer.

Delete RSS feeds from Favorites

 

  1. Click the Favorites star on the toolbar.
  2. Click the Feeds button.
  3. Right-click the required RSS feed
  4. Select Delete.

A confirmation window will open.

Click Yes as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
