Add your photo
If you want to add your photo to your staff home page you can send a digital photo, in JPEG format, to the Online Education Support team via a work request.
Note: The photo will be edited by the Online Education Support team to create a passport-style photo of your head and shoulders. University policy, as determined by Chancellery and MDU, prohibits graphics (such as avatars and cartoons) as a substitute for your photo.
When it has been edited the photo will be added to your staff home page in the top left corner, as indicated by the arrow in the image below.
