Export responses

When you choose the Export option a file download window opens.

Save the responses as an Excel spreadsheet

The Save As window will open.

  1. Navigate to a folder or directory location into which you want to save the file.
  2. Enter a file name.
  3. Click Save.

The Download complete window will open.

Click Open as indicated by the arrow in the image above.

The responses will be displayed within an Excel spreadsheet.

  1. Column showing the question text.
  2. Response options.
  3. Number of responses to each response option.
