Online SET

• Single SET or multiple SETs with differing dates.
• Multiple SETs with the same date.
• Example of student email.

 

Single SET or multiple SETs with differing dates.

1. Select Online in the Publish column.
2. Enter the date that you want the SET to open, or select a date from the pop up calendar.
3. Enter the date that you want the SET to close, or select a date from the pop up calendar.
4. Click Save.

A confirmation window will open

• If the information is correct, click Confirm as indicated by the arrow in the image above.

The changes will be confirmed again.

Multiple SETs with the same date.

1. Select the Use the same dates for all Online SETs checkbox.
2. Enter the date you wish the SETs to open, or select a date from the pop up calendar.
3. Enter the date you wish the SETs to close, or select a date from the pop up calendar.
4. Click Apply. The dates for all the SETs will be changed at the same time.
5. Click Save.

A confirmation window will open.

• If the information is correct, click Confirm as indicated by the arrow in the image above.

The changes will be confirmed again.

Example of student email.

The SET will open on the nominated date and students enrolled in the class or classes you've selected will automatically receive an email alerting them to the availability of the SET.

An example of the email students will receive is displayed below.

The Open Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) link in the email  will take students to a page on which they can access all SETs and CEI's related to their enrolment. View example below.
