Provide access for data entry staff

Note: Professional staff in Schools can be provided with School or Division-wide data entry access for all manual SETs. If required the School Executive Officer can make this request by emailing the Help Desk. Please type UniSAnet - CEI in the Subject  field of the email.

  1. Check that the name of the staff member requiring access is not already in the Added staff table.
  2. If the name does not appear, type the name in the Add new staff text box.
  3. Click Search.

The window will refresh displaying results of your name search as shown below.

The window will refresh showing a list of classes that the staff member could be provided with access to.

  1. Select the class or classes you wish to give the staff member access to.
  2. Select the checkbox if you also want this staff member to be provided with access to data entry for Course Evaluation Instruments for the nominated course/class.
  3. Click Save.

A confirmation window will open.

The page will refresh. The new staff member will appear in the Added staff table as indicated by the arrow in the image above.

From this point the staff member you have added will have access to the SET for manual data entry for the nominated class/classes.
