Export responses

You can select the types of question responses you want to export to an Excel spreadsheet by ticking the response type check box for Text responses.

Example of exporting Core and Text responses

select export

  1. Select the required response type (Core or Text).
  2. Select Export.

The file download window will open.

click save

The Save as window will open.

Enter file name and save

  1. Navigate to the folder or directory where you want to save your file.
  2. Enter a file name.
  3. Click Save.

The responses will be displayed within the saved Excel spreadsheet.

  2. Response options.
  3. Number of responses to each response option.
