Enter data

Before you can enter data to SET questionnaires, you must complete the steps in:

Once you have selected the Year/Study Period/Mode the Enter Data window will open.

select questionnaire

A blank questionnaire form opens in the new window.

enter data and click submit

  1. Select the program to which the questionnaire belongs.
  2. Click the responses for Likert scale questions.
  3. Enter text responses.
  4. Click Submit.

The window will refresh to display the entered data.

click save and reload

  • Click Save and Reload to save data and load another form.

    • Note: To edit the current form; click the Back button. To edit or delete previously entered data, go to Manage data.
