Technical problems
Log a service call for UniSAnet technical problems with the IT Help Desk by:
- Online request (preferred method)
Note: Type "UniSAnet Centra" as part of the Short Description in the Online Request form or as part of the Subject field in the email.
Report as much detail as possible including:
- the details (including name, ID, date and time) of the Centra event you are trying to access
- any error messages that appear
- the type of computer you are using
- the software (namely browser and operating system) you are using.
