Why doesn't a new browser window open when I try to enter a meeting?
You are probably running a pop-up blocker. Disable the pop-up blocker or add Centra to your pop up blockers list of allowed pop-ups.
Who has access to eMeetings?
UniSA staff and Research Post Graduate students can host a meeting. Anyone with a UniSA logon can be invited. People without a UniSA logon can be invited by using their email address.
What is the difference between Symposium and eMeeting?
Symposium
- A complete set of interactive and collaborative tools operating in a real-time online environment.
- A recording of the session can be made and accessed at any time after the session.
- Media such as slides, graphics and Centra tools can be downloaded to participants' computer prior to the session. This will minimise download time during the session.
- Session agenda, participant enrolment and invitation can be completed prior to the session.
- Maximum session enrolment is 50.
eMeeting
- A limited set of interactive and collaborative tools operating in a real-time online environment.
- Media cannot be downloaded to participants prior to session.
- A session can be created and activated on-demand.
- Maximum session enrolment is 20.
