If you wish to create a manual CEI you must follow the conventions outlined in Controls for Administration of Manual Surveys.
In addition you must contact your School's CEI Administrator prior to creating a manual CEI. They will advise you of the administrative process required and assign permission for data entry staff.
Publishing a CEI manual is done in two steps:

A confirmation window will open.

A final confirmation window will open.

The Schedule & Publish window will re-open.

A new window will open displaying the CEI ready for printing.

To close the new window:

If you have more CEIs to print manually repeat the steps above, or if you have finished you can close your browser.
