Export responses

You can select the types of question responses you want to export to an Excel spreadsheet by ticking the relevant Response type check boxes for Core OR Optional OR Text OR a combination of the three text boxes.

Example of exporting Core and Text responses

• Tick the check boxes for Core and Text response type and click Export as shown by the arrow in the image above.

The file download window will open.

• Click Save to download file on your computer.

The Save as window will open.

1. Navigate to the folder or directory where you want to save your file, preferably your Desktop.
2. Enter a file name.
3. Click Save.

The responses will be displayed within the saved Excel spreadsheet.

2. Response options.
3. Number of responses to each response option.
