Copy additional questions
You can:
- copy additional questions from another pre-existing questionnaire
for this course into this CEI, or
- copy additional questions from this questionnaire into selected
other questionnaires
for this course.
To copy additional questions :
- Click Copy additional questions as shown by the arrow in
the image above.
The Copy additional questions window will open.
- Copy from selected questionnaire will
let you copy additional questions from another pre-existing questionnaire
for this course into this CEI.
- Copy to other selected questionnaires
will let you copy additional questions from this CEI into other questionnaires for
this course.
- After selecting either A or B click Submit.
To copy from selected questionnaire:
The Copy additional questions from a selected questionnaire
window will open.
- Select the radio button for the questionnaire from where
you want to copy additional questions.
- Click Save.
The confirmation window will open.
- Click Close as shown by the arrow in the image above.
The additional questions are automatically copied to your
questionnaire. You can view
the questionnaire to confirm.
To copy to other selected questionnaires:
The Copy additional questions to other selected questionnaires
window will open.
- You can copy additional questions to single or multiple
questionnaires by ticking the relevant check boxes.
- Click Save.
The confirmation window will open.
- Click Close as shown by the arrow in the image above.
The additional questions will be automatically copied to all the questionnaires
you've selected. You can search for a course
and view that course's CEIs as described in
view questionnaire to
confirm that the questions have been successfully added.
