Export responses

Select export options

  1. Select the required response type combination for export (Core, Optional or Test).
  2. Click Export.

The file download window will open.

click save

The Save as window will open.

save file to your computer

  1. Navigate to the folder or directory where you want to save your file.
  2. Enter a file name.
  3. Click Save.

The responses will be displayed within the saved Excel spreadsheet.

  1. Column showing the question text.
  2. Response options.
  3. Number of responses to each response option.
