Provide access for teaching staff

- Click Teaching staff as indicated by the arrow in the
image above.

- Check that the name of the staff member requiring access is not
already in the Existing staff in Medici
table.
- Check that the name of the staff member requiring access is not
already in the Added staff table.
- If the name of the staff member is not in the Existing staff
in Medici or the Added staff table, type the name of the new staff member to be given access in the
Add new staff text box and click Search.
The search results will return all matches for that name.

- Click the name of the staff member you want to add, as indicated by the arrow in
the image above.

- Select the class or classes you wish to give the staff member access to.
- Click Save.
A confirmation window will open.

- If the correct details are shown click Confirm as
indicated by the arrow in the image above.

The page will refresh. The new staff member will appear in the
Added staff table as indicated
by the arrow in the image above.
From this point the staff member you have added will have access to
the SET (Student Evaluation of Teaching) for the class or classes you've provided them with access to.
