Export responses
You can select the types of question to export to
an Excel
spreadsheet by ticking core responses, optional responses, text
responses OR a combination of all three.
Example of exporting Core and Text responses
- Tick the check boxes for Core and Text response
type.
- Click Export as shown by the arrow in the image
above.
The file download window will open.
- Click Save to download file to your computer.
The Save as window will open.
- Navigate to the required folder or directory into
which the file will be saved.
- Enter a file name.
- Click Save.
The responses will be displayed within the saved Excel spreadsheet.
- Column showing the question text.
- Response options.
- Number of responses to each response option.
